Technical projects

Development of circular economy technical projects within the Basque business fabric, with the participation of young professionals trained at the Hub itself.

It covers the development of technical projects with companies in the Basque Country, in which, whenever possible, both young people in practical training periods and experts in each of the areas involved will participate.

This activity enjoys strong acceptance and high demand among companies. Participating companies include:

• Large companies that are members of the Basque Ecodesign Center.
• Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from sectors represented through the Basque Country’s priority action clusters.

Participating companies assume the costs of the grant for the young participants (Basque Ecodesign Center member companies through their annual fee, and SMEs through direct payment to the trainee).

Ihobe is responsible for identifying companies, as well as for the technical monitoring of the projects with the young participants and for providing strategic support and guidance to the participating companies.
